GROUNDED HEALING FOR MIND, BODY, AND SPIRIT

Helping people experiencing anxiety, stress, challenging emotions, and difficult life events - supporting and empowering you to heal, grow, and reconnect.
Can Counselling Help?
Counselling can help you understand and calm your anxiety by identifying the patterns that keep you stuck in worry or overthinking. It offers tools to lift and stabilize your mood, creating space for hope and motivation to return. Through reflection and support, therapy strengthens your ability to communicate, set boundaries, and build healthier relationships. It can help you identify how our your earliest relationships in life, shaped your understanding of self-worth, belonging, security, and connection. Over time, it helps you feel more grounded, confident, and connected — both to yourself and to others.
Counselling Improves:
How we relate and interact with the people in our lives
Our emotional agility - helping us to feel our feelings and not be consumed and controlled by them
Our awareness of how our childhood trauma shows up in our adult lives, and how we can set ourselves free from problematic patterns
Services
Counselling for Stress and Anxiety
Counselling for anxiety begins with understanding what triggers your worry and how your body responds to stress. Together, we explore the thoughts and patterns that keep you feeling overwhelmed or stuck. You’ll learn practical strategies to calm your nervous system, reduce overthinking, and feel more grounded in the present moment. Over time, therapy helps you feel more in control, more connected to yourself, and more confident navigating daily life.
Counselling for Depression and Low Mood
Counselling for depression offers a space to gently explore what’s contributing to your low mood, exhaustion, or loss of motivation. Together, we work to understand your emotional patterns, challenge the self-critical thoughts that weigh you down, and reconnect you with what brings meaning and energy to your life. You’ll learn coping strategies that help you feel more balanced and supported day-to-day.
Counselling for Emotional Regulation and Agility
Counselling for emotional agility and regulation helps you process your emotions rather than feel overwhelmed or controlled by them. Regardless if you tend to avoid emotions or feel controlled by them, we help you explore the connection between the body and mind so that you can harness what the message is and choose your line of action intentionally. You’ll learn skills to soothe your nervous system, express emotions in healthy ways, and feel more grounded in daily life.
Counselling for Identity, Connection, and Belonging
Counselling that explores attachment patterns helps us understand how our early experiences shape our sense of worth, our emotional needs, and how we show up in relationships today. Together, we look at how patterns like perfectionism, people-pleasing, or codependency may have developed as ways to feel safe, loved, or accepted. By bringing awareness and compassion to these patterns, we begin to gently shift them. Over time, this work supports a more secure connection with yourself and others — grounded in authenticity, trust, and self-worth.
Counselling for Life Transitions
Counselling for life transitions provides space to process change, uncertainty, and the emotions that come with shifting roles or identities. Whether you’re navigating a career change, feeling stuck, or moving through the end of a relationship, therapy helps you make sense of what you’re experiencing and reconnect with your values.
What Does Counselling Look Like?
Counselling offers a supportive space to slow down and talk about what’s been weighing on you — your thoughts, feelings, relationships, and daily struggles. It's common to feel stuck in our lives, overwhelmed by the demands placed on us; to feel lonely, disconnected, and yearning for better relationships with ourselves and others in our lives. Counselling can be a place where you can learn to finally show compassion for yourself - feel your feelings, speak your truth, and re-align with your authentic self. We work through emotions, reactions, and inner narratives, with curiosity and compassion. Over time, this process helps you feel more regulated, grounded, and connected to yourself and others.

Meet Krystal
Hi, I’m Krystal — a therapist who believes in creating a grounded, compassionate space where you can show up exactly as you are. I support individuals who are navigating anxiety, stress, depression, and patterns in relationships or self-worth. My approach is gentle and collaborative; we explore your experiences, emotions, and past relationships to understand how they shape your life today. I’m deeply inspired by nature, connection, and the belief that we are always growing — even in the moments we feel stuck. Together, we work toward building inner steadiness, self-compassion, and a stronger sense of who you are.

I belong to the LGBTQIA+ community and enjoy finding random adventures - like flea markets, historical sites, good eats, and the like. I also happen to be a proud nerd and love to relax to video games, Lego, and paranormal shows. I like to bring a flair of my interests into my work when I can - the best metaphors usually involve a good pop culture reference!
